2nd winter Herring Gull? or YLG?

Looking my old pics I found those, from November 7, 2007. This bird is looking odd to me for a YLG, it seem to be in 2nd winter but without replacement of many feathers in mantle and head. Does not look as 1st/2nd wineter Caspian because legs are not as long and thin, and bill looks quite heavy. So, if is not another strange YLG is any chance of being a Herring?

1st-wint YLG for sure. HG never replaces that amount of wing coverts by November, most wing coverts are still unmoulted in April! HG & YLG both look way more developed than this in their 2nd winter. hope this helps?!
